Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 2 IT Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote support and resolution for complex technical issues
  • Support large scale RDS/VDI solutions
  • Assist with general L2 support and systems administration tasks

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Windows systems administrator role
  • 3+ years of supporting private/public cloud environments
  • 3+ years working with networking
  • Intermediate knowledge of VMware and Hyper-V environments
  • Database experience, including knowledge of SQL
