Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to escalated tickets and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking
- Provide onsite and remote technical support, including software installations and troubleshooting telecommunications equipment
- Assist with user account management and maintain inventory accuracy for hardware assets
Required Qualifications:
- Strong technical skills in hardware/software troubleshooting
- Experience with VPN, networking, and operating system upgrades
- Proficiency in account management and software deployment
- Familiarity with telecommunications systems
- Knowledge of asset and configuration management practices
