Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to escalated tickets and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support, including software installations and troubleshooting telecommunications equipment
  • Assist with user account management and maintain inventory accuracy for hardware assets
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong technical skills in hardware/software troubleshooting
  • Experience with VPN, networking, and operating system upgrades
  • Proficiency in account management and software deployment
