Tier 2 Networking Engineer

Job Summary

Providing technical assistance and support, the full-time Tier 2 Networking Engineer will manage customer requests, perform Microsoft Windows Server administration, and resolve hardware and software issues in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, and case management systems
• Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions
• Perform administration and maintenance of end users' computers and systems across various network environments

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent experience
• Experience as a Windows System Administrator or Network Administrator in a help desk environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Products, including Windows Server and Active Directory
• Familiarity with network infrastructure and security products from vendors like Cisco and Palo Alto
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or Net+ preferred
