Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 2 NOC Technician.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction by troubleshooting routine issues
  • Provide user and system administrator support, including knowledge transfer and troubleshooting
  • Support continuous network performance monitoring and optimization

Required Qualifications:
  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust clearance
  • High school diploma/equivalent and 5 years of experience
  • 1-2 years of Linux and Cloud Systems Administration experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Atlassian JIRA ticketing systems
  • Experience with Splunk
