Tier 2 NOC Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 2 Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and support for integrated hardware and software solutions
• Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and stability
• Identify, isolate, and document network issues affecting end-user communication

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 5 years of experience in IT or network operations
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a DHS Entry on Duty (EOD) clearance
• Proficiency in networking, AWS, and Linux
• Experience in a Tier 2 role within an enterprise-level IT or Network Operations Center
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools and ticketing systems
