Tier 2 NOC Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 2 Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and technical support to maintain customer satisfaction
• Support continuous network monitoring and optimize network performance
• Identify and resolve network hardware or software issues affecting end-user communication

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least 5 years of experience in IT or network operations
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Entry on Duty (EOD) clearance
• Proficiency in Networking, AWS, and Linux
• Experience in a Tier 2 role within an enterprise-level IT or Network Operations Center
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems
