Job Summary
Providing top-notch technical support, the full-time Tier 2 Production Engineer will diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues while collaborating with technical teams in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support and timely issue resolution to internal team members
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues, collaborating with technical teams to resolve escalated problems
- Develop runbooks for recurring processes and act as a communication aggregator during critical remediation calls
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of experience providing technical support at a Tier 2 level or higher
- Hands-on experience in cloud environments, particularly AWS
- Proficient understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems and network infrastructure
- Previous experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) technical role
