Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 2 Service Desk Engineer (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and serve as an escalation point for Tier 1 Engineers
- Monitor network management systems and respond to issues
- Lead technical projects and provide support on assigned tasks
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years providing IT support for various technologies
- Experience with cloud-based IT services/infrastructure platforms
- Knowledge of networking equipment such as Cisco and SonicWALL preferred
- Experience with directory server administration
- Familiarity with fundamental networking principles
