Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 2 technical support and serve as an escalation point for Tier 1 Engineers
  • Monitor network management systems and respond to issues

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3+ years providing IT support for various technologies
  • Experience with cloud-based IT services/infrastructure platforms
  • Knowledge of networking equipment such as Cisco and SonicWALL preferred
  • Experience with directory server administration
  • Familiarity with fundamental networking principles
