Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 2 Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and troubleshoot issues escalated to Tier 2 Support
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues
- Automate and simplify processes within the Support team
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Support Engineer at a SaaS company
- Familiarity with C#, .NET, and SQL Server
- Aptitude in navigating and troubleshooting in Visual Studio
- Experience with SQL queries and stored procedures
- Customer support experience
