Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 2 Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and troubleshoot issues escalated to Tier 2 Support
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues
  • Automate and simplify processes within the Support team
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Support Engineer at a SaaS company
  • Familiarity with C#, .NET, and SQL Server
  • Aptitude in navigating and troubleshooting in Visual Studio
  • Experience with SQL queries and stored procedures
  • Customer support experience
