Tier 2 Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 2 Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support and troubleshoot escalated incidents for managed services customers
• Support and maintain Microsoft Windows Server and desktop environments, including Microsoft 365 administration
• Monitor client environments, perform routine maintenance, and contribute to implementation projects

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support or systems administration role
• Strong experience with Windows desktop and server operating systems
• Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and remote support tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
