Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 2 Tech Support & Sales Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer 15-20 inbound computer repair sales calls daily and maintain a 33%+ conversion rate
  • Meet and exceed a daily sales quota of $1,500+ with an average ticket of $300 per closed sale
  • Provide technical troubleshooting for various platforms and document each call accurately
Required Qualifications
  • CompTIA A+ certification required, current or expired accepted
  • Proven Tier 2 or Tier 3 remote support experience
  • Demonstrated phone sales, retention, or quota-carrying closing experience
  • Must have a quiet home office, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional headset
  • Ability to start immediately with minimal ramp time; no training provided on core sales or tech
