Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst - Integrations, Tier 2 (US Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone and email across various verticals
  • Collaborate with fulfillment departments to address issues and enhance client support
  • Manage case workflows to ensure timely resolution in line with contractual SLAs
Required Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Proficiency in applications such as Atlassian (JIRA), Confluence, and AWS
  • Experience with MS SQL Server and SQL-based application support
  • Understanding of integration technologies including APIs (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON)
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes or service management tools
