Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst - Integrations, Tier 2 (US Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone and email across various verticals
- Collaborate with fulfillment departments to address issues and enhance client support
- Manage case workflows to ensure timely resolution in line with contractual SLAs
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proficiency in applications such as Atlassian (JIRA), Confluence, and AWS
- Experience with MS SQL Server and SQL-based application support
- Understanding of integration technologies including APIs (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON)
- Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes or service management tools
