- Address unresolved issues from level 1 technical support through phone calls, escalated chat, and email requests
- Install and troubleshoot basic hardware/software and networking components for customer operations
- Provide guidance and training to clients on system and product usage
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of technical support experience
- Technical training in computer support and computer networking preferred
- High school diploma or G.E.D
