Key Responsibilities:
  • Address unresolved issues from level 1 technical support through phone calls, escalated chat, and email requests
  • Install and troubleshoot basic hardware/software and networking components for customer operations
  • Provide guidance and training to clients on system and product usage
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of technical support experience
  • Technical training in computer support and computer networking preferred
  • High school diploma or G.E.D
