Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous hardware and software validation to ensure compliance with enterprise standards
- Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues, collaborating across departments for solutions
- Maintain system images and develop automated scripts to enhance software deployment efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Proven mastery of Windows desktop and server environments, including Group Policies and Active Directory
