Job Summary

Tier 3 Support Specialist, a contract position focused on troubleshooting and testing within a major national healthcare enterprise, primarily remote, requiring expertise in hardware validation and complex problem management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct rigorous hardware and software validation to ensure compliance with enterprise standards
  • Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues, collaborating across departments for solutions

Required Qualifications
  • Proven mastery of Windows desktop and server environments, including Group Policies and Active Directory
