Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier I IT Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline technical support for end-users via various communication channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and account access issues
  • Create and maintain internal Knowledge Base articles for documentation purposes
Required Qualifications
  • Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and productivity applications
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support tools
  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years of technical support or helpdesk experience preferred
