Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier I IT Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide frontline technical support for end-users via various communication channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and account access issues
- Create and maintain internal Knowledge Base articles for documentation purposes
Required Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and productivity applications
- Basic troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support tools
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years of technical support or helpdesk experience preferred
