Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier I Support Technician - Temporary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain necessary information from end-users and register support requests efficiently
  • Monitor production events and escalate complex issues to senior team members
  • Troubleshoot various IT systems and assist in business continuity and disaster recovery plans
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • 1 year of IT infrastructure technical implementation experience with direct client interaction required
  • Ability to articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Strong customer service skills with professionalism
