Job Summary

Tier II Account Service Desk Specialist provides full-time, rotating shift support for the ACE Account Service Desk, assisting a large user community with technical inquiries and account management related to international trade operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 24x7x365 Tier II support for the ACE Account Service Desk
  • Assist over 100,000 active users with technical questions and account management
  • Maintain user documentation and contribute to the Knowledge Management System
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT help desk or customer support roles
  • Knowledge of trade compliance processes and web-based portals
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Sole U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a CBP Background Investigation
