Job Summary
Tier II Account Service Desk Specialist provides full-time, rotating shift support for the ACE Account Service Desk, assisting a large user community with technical inquiries and account management related to international trade operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24x7x365 Tier II support for the ACE Account Service Desk
- Assist over 100,000 active users with technical questions and account management
- Maintain user documentation and contribute to the Knowledge Management System
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT help desk or customer support roles
- Knowledge of trade compliance processes and web-based portals
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Sole U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a CBP Background Investigation
