Tier III Analyst
Job Summary
To support cybersecurity systems in a hybrid work environment, the full-time Tier III Analyst will triage user-reported issues, assist with data analysis, and collaborate with technical experts to enhance system performance while maintaining an active Top Secret clearance.
Key responsibilities:
- Triage user-reported issues and assist with data analysis across various use cases
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve user questions and identify process improvements
- Monitor system health, manage tickets via ITSM, and provide application support for remote systems
Required qualifications:
- Experience with Windows Server and Linux environments
- Strong SQL skills for querying and troubleshooting data issues
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Security+ certification or other 8570 certification
- Active Top Secret Clearance
