Job Summary

A company in the Information Technology industry is hiring a Tier III Support Analyst Help Desk Technician.

Position Responsibilities
  • Monitor, triage and sort tickets from two different ticketing systems and assign to the appropriate group
  • Report issues to development teams as needed and attend daily stand up meetings to hear progress and report issues
  • Provide high quality customer service to internal and external clients and complete bi-weekly, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience is required
  • Bachelor's Degree, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
  • Need to be able to pass a background check
  • Strong Organizational Skills and ability to multitask and shift between competing priorities
  • Ability to learn and operate new software in a fast-paced environment and experience with Microsoft Office Products
