Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier One Technician (Voice NOC) at an entry-level position.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor network devices, interfaces, and trouble tickets
Troubleshoot issues with Velocity services and update call paths
Contact carriers and vendors to open new trouble tickets and schedule dispatches

Required Qualifications:

Working knowledge of basic networking technologies and tools
Ability to multitask and work quickly yet accurately
Proficiency with POTS, TDM, and/or VoIP technologies
High school diploma or college degree in a technical discipline or relevant work experience
Relevant certifications in networking or telephony
