Job Summary

A company is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager for TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the TikTok Shops affiliate program, including onboarding and performance management
• Recruit and activate creators, develop affiliate tiers and incentive programs to maximize performance
• Analyze performance metrics and build reporting dashboards to inform strategy and optimize creator success

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or social commerce
• Proven success managing the full creator lifecycle from sourcing to scaling performance
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shops or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and best practices
• Experience using analytics tools for data-driven decision-making
