Key Responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and cultural moments daily
• Quickly ideate and produce reactive, brand-appropriate content
• Create and deliver trend-based videos on tight turnaround times

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience creating native TikTok content
• Strong understanding of TikTok culture, humor, pacing, and trends
• Experience with performance-driven creative or creator-style UGC
• Ability to work quickly and independently with minimal oversight
• Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Canva, and/or Adobe Suite
