Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience creating short-form organic social video content
• A portfolio or active social presence showcasing on-camera style and creative perspective
• Fluency in TikTok culture, including pacing, humor, and community engagement
• Experience with short-form video editing tools such as CapCut and platform-native tools
• Strong on-camera presence with storytelling instincts
