Job Summary
Seeking a results-driven TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager, the full-time position will manage and grow affiliate programs for brand partners, focusing on client relationships, creator recruitment, and performance optimization in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing communication, timelines, and deliverables while translating goals into actionable strategies
- Source, recruit, and manage TikTok Shop affiliates and creators, building strong relationships to drive content volume and engagement
- Develop and manage affiliate campaigns, tracking performance metrics and optimizing strategies based on data and TikTok trends
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, or related fields
- Strong background in managing client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations
- Experience in sourcing and managing creators, with a solid understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem
- Proven experience in developing and managing online communities, particularly on Discord
- Ability to analyze performance data and make strategic recommendations in a fast-paced environment
