Job Summary
Supporting the execution and growth of a creator affiliate program, the full-time remote TikTok Shop Affiliate Specialist will manage creator communications, coordinate campaigns, and monitor program health to enhance affiliate engagement and drive sales.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the TikTok Shop affiliate program, including creator outreach and sample fulfillment
- Execute affiliate campaigns, contests, and challenges while tracking creator participation and performance
- Manage communications across TikTok Shop and Discord, fostering a strong creator community
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience managing or supporting a TikTok Shop affiliate program for a consumer brand
- Understanding of TikTok Shop affiliate metrics and program health indicators
- Experience with creator outreach, sampling, and executing affiliate campaigns
- Strong instincts for short-form content creation and engagement strategies
- Familiarity with creator-management platforms and social scheduling tools
