Job Summary

A company is looking for a TikTok Shop Content Creator Manager to build and scale a creator acquisition and retention system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own creator acquisition strategy for TikTok Shops, building a network of creators to drive revenue
  • Grow partnerships with TikTok Agency Partners and creator agencies to enhance deal flow and content output
  • Manage creator recruitment, campaign execution, and performance tracking to optimize revenue channels
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in creator or influencer marketing with a focus on TikTok Shops
  • Direct experience working with TikTok Agency Partners and managing creator agency relationships
  • Strong negotiation skills and understanding of commission structures and performance-based compensation
  • Deep understanding of TikTok's creator ecosystem and content formats
  • Experience managing a large number of creators and analyzing campaign performance metrics
