TikTok Shop Growth Consultant

Job Summary

To support the growth of DTC merchants on TikTok Shop, the part-time TikTok Shop Growth Consultant will manage onboarding and operational execution for pilot merchants, helping them launch and scale their businesses while documenting repeatable strategies for future use in a fully remote, 6-month contract role.

Key responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day onboarding execution for pilot merchants through a TikTok Shop launch sprint
• Assist merchants with store readiness, catalog optimization, and AfterShip product usage during the launch process
• Document onboarding and growth playbooks for scalability through automation and partnerships

Required qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in TikTok Shop seller operations or DTC operations
• Strong familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center and Shopify
• Comfortable with catalog, listing, and launch readiness workflows
• Experience with affiliate and creator operations
• Merchant-facing and operationally strong with the ability to create process documentation
