TikTok Shop Growth Consultant

Job Summary

To support DTC merchants in launching and scaling on TikTok Shop, the part-time TikTok Shop Growth Consultant will manage onboarding, assist with store readiness and listing optimization, and document growth playbooks, all while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day onboarding execution for pilot merchants through a 6-8 week TikTok Shop launch and scale sprint
• Teach merchants how to utilize AfterShip Feed Listing and Affiliates during the launch and scaling process
• Document repeatable onboarding and growth playbooks for future scalability through automation or agency partners

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience in TikTok Shop seller operations or DTC operations
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center and Shopify
• Comfortable with catalog, listing, and launch readiness workflows
• Experience with affiliate and creator operations
• Detail-oriented with the ability to create clear process documentation
