Job Summary

Owning the affiliate growth strategy for assigned TikTok Shop accounts, the remote TikTok Shop Specialist will manage creators' channels, recommend commission structures, and build relationships with top-performing affiliates while working in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the affiliate growth strategy for TikTok Shop accounts
• Coordinate with creators on content expectations and posting cadence
• Analyze performance metrics and implement corrective strategies for underperforming campaigns

Required qualifications:

• Higher education in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in social media advertising, preferably with TikTok Ads
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for social media advertising and continuous learning
