Job Summary

To support a project focused on human rights and democracy, the remote part-time TikTok Specialist will provide strategic guidance to enhance TikTok performance, reach, and engagement through expert analysis of platform developments and content optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Monitoring and interpreting changes to the TikTok algorithm and platform features
• Advising on content and editorial approaches based on platform trends and algorithm developments
• Analyzing channel performance and identifying opportunities for growth and engagement

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated professional experience managing or advising high-performing TikTok accounts
• Strong expertise in TikTok algorithms, audience growth strategies, and platform optimization
• Proven ability to interpret analytics and translate data into actionable recommendations
• Experience using TikTok Analytics and relevant third-party monitoring and reporting tools
• Experience conducting social media benchmarking and competitive analysis
