Job Summary
A company is looking for a Time and Attendance Specialist to support the implementation of a time and attendance product for enterprise-level clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support requirements gathering, configuration, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support
- Serve as the first line of support in ServiceNow ticket resolution and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions
- Develop comprehensive user guides and training materials to ensure high user adoption and self-sufficiency post-implementation
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in large-scale software or product deployments, specifically in time and attendance or workforce management
- Solid technical understanding of the UKG product
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with functionality design requirements and implementation standards
- Stakeholder and Project Management experience
