Job Summary
To support the management of Time & Attendance activities for external employees and clients, the full-time Time and Attendance Specialist will ensure legal compliance and deliver exceptional employee experiences while maintaining efficient processes in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an expert on Time & Attendance matters, managing employee lifecycle leave and working hours with accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance in employee lifecycle activities and support HR and financial audits
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to automation and product development to enhance the employee lifecycle experience
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle events with a focus on legal compliance and HR support
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong background in employment legislation and the ability to provide guidance on legal interpretations
- Tech-savvy with experience in communication and project management tools such as Notion, Slack, and G-suite
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for process innovation and automation, with a foundational understanding of AI applications in operations
