Time and Labor Analyst

Job Summary

Providing advanced functional and technical support for the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Time & Labor module, the full-time Time and Labor Analyst will configure system components, manage batch processing, and ensure compliance with security and accessibility standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced support and configuration for the PeopleSoft CAPPS HR/Payroll Time & Labor module
• Manage batch processing and troubleshoot job failures, ensuring system performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and conduct testing for system enhancements

Required qualifications

• 8 years of experience supporting the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Time & Labor module
• 8 years of experience performing complex system configurations and providing functional support
• 8 years of experience utilizing technical tools such as Application Designer, Integration Broker, and SQL/SQR
• 5 years of experience as a subject matter expert in PeopleSoft Fluid Time & Labor functionality
• 3 years of experience applying ITIL principles for IT service and asset management
