Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Time and Labor Consultant will manage time and labor processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency for clients over a total of 300 hours across 37.5 days.

• Manage and optimize time and labor processes for client organizations
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions

Required qualifications

• Experience in time and labor management systems
• Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Relevant certifications in Human Capital Management (HCM) preferred
• Experience with project management methodologies
