Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner, Time & Pay to lead the strategy and development of workforce management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and prioritize product solutions based on vision and strategy
• Collaborate with designers to create and validate mockups and prototypes
• Work with development teams to ensure high-quality implementation and customer adoption

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in product management for cloud-based enterprise software
• Experience in workforce management, particularly in Time and Attendance and Absence Management
• Familiarity with the agile development process
• Ability to work with remote teams
