Time Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Manager (TIME) Implementation Consultant (ADPTM).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all module phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure
• Create project plans, including deliverables, activities, timelines, and budgets
• Ensure milestones are met through oversight and coordination of resources

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with ADP time products, specifically Workforce Manager or UKG Dimensions
• A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to think independently and make informed decisions
