Job Summary
Supporting a large, multistate workforce, the remote contract Time & Labor Analyst will manage timecard operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and maintain payroll data accuracy using Oracle Maestro and Deltek Costpoint.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day time and attendance operations for a multistate workforce
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage-and-hour laws
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies in timecards, schedules, and pay codes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field preferred
- 2-4 years' experience in time and labor administration or payroll operations
- Proficiency in Oracle Maestro and/or Deltek Costpoint
- Strong understanding of federal and state labor laws and wage-and-hour regulations
- Skilled in Excel and comfortable with complex datasets
