Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time contract basis, the Time & Labor Analyst will ensure accurate timecard management for a multistate workforce, oversee compliance with labor regulations, and manage day-to-day time and attendance operations using Oracle Maestro and Deltek Costpoint.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee compliance with federal and state labor requirements and manage timecard submissions, approvals, and audits
- Collaborate with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate data flow for wage calculations and labor hour postings
- Produce and analyze time and labor reports to support audits and compliance reviews while providing training on timekeeping systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in time and labor administration or payroll operations
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Maestro and/or Deltek Costpoint strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of federal and state labor laws and wage-and-hour regulations
- Proficiency in Excel and experience working with large datasets
