Time & Labor Analyst

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic, fully remote team, the Time & Labor Analyst will manage timecard operations, ensure compliance with wage laws, and maintain payroll data accuracy for a large multistate workforce using Oracle Maestro and Deltek Costpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day time and attendance operations for a multistate workforce
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage-and-hour laws
• Monitor, audit, and process timecard submissions for accuracy and payroll transfer

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field preferred
• 2-4 years' experience in time and labor administration or payroll operations
• Proficiency in Oracle Maestro and/or Deltek Costpoint
• Strong understanding of federal and state labor laws and wage-and-hour regulations
• Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
