Job Summary
Ensuring accurate and compliant employee time tracking, the full-time Time & Labor Systems Specialist will review and audit timesheets, analyze exception reports, and collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Processes, reviews, and audits weekly employee timesheets to ensure completeness and compliance for payroll readiness
- Analyzes timekeeping exception reports and partners with employees and management to resolve discrepancies
- Provides guidance and basic training on timekeeping procedures to employees and managers
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in timekeeping, payroll administration, or HR operations
- Hands-on experience with enterprise timekeeping or payroll systems
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance and related regulations
- Basic Microsoft Office experience
