Job Summary
Supporting the nursing team in a remote capacity, the full-time Timekeeper will manage employee timecards, ensuring accurate recording and compliance with wage standards while collaborating with unit management.
Key responsibilities
- Administer timekeeping duties, including correcting missed punches and updating employee timecards
- Prepare timecards for review and approval, ensuring timely submission to management
- Audit time records for accuracy, including FTE hours and planned time off
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with one year of experience using automated systems, or an Associate's Degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Prior experience with timekeeping systems is preferred
- Ability to perform manual data entry and sit for extended periods
