Job Summary

Supporting the nursing team in a remote capacity, the full-time Timekeeper will manage employee timecards, ensuring accurate recording and compliance with wage standards while collaborating with unit management.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer timekeeping duties, including correcting missed punches and updating employee timecards
  • Prepare timecards for review and approval, ensuring timely submission to management
  • Audit time records for accuracy, including FTE hours and planned time off
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with one year of experience using automated systems, or an Associate's Degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Prior experience with timekeeping systems is preferred
  • Ability to perform manual data entry and sit for extended periods
