Job Summary

A company is looking for a Timeshare Title Examiner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control checks on title examinations
• Prepare initial title products and reports based on procedural guidelines
• Abstract records to determine ownership and verify legal descriptions of properties

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of search and title examination experience
• May require Title Agent License in some states
• Understanding of property-related documents and deeds
