Job Summary

Providing document and data handling support, the full-time temporary Timesheet Administrator will review and process timecard information for the FEMA contract while working remotely with a flexible schedule between 6:30 AM and 2:00 AM EST.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and process timecard information received via email or Teams
  • Perform clerical duties including document verification and routine calls
  • Provide administrative support to project and operations management
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service, administrative, or telemarketing experience
  • Previous experience with timecard administration preferred
  • Ability to pass a federal background check
  • Must reside in the contiguous United States and be a U.S. citizen
