Job Summary
Providing document and data handling support, the full-time temporary Timesheet Administrator will review and process timecard information for the FEMA contract while working remotely with a flexible schedule between 6:30 AM and 2:00 AM EST.
Key responsibilities
- Review and process timecard information received via email or Teams
- Perform clerical duties including document verification and routine calls
- Provide administrative support to project and operations management
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience
- Minimum 1 year of customer service, administrative, or telemarketing experience
- Previous experience with timecard administration preferred
- Ability to pass a federal background check
- Must reside in the contiguous United States and be a U.S. citizen
