Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Abstractor III to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed title research and analysis for right-of-way acquisitions
• Examine and analyze various legal documents affecting title and resolve ownership issues
• Prepare accurate title abstracts and support documentation while coordinating with project teams

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Five or more years of experience in title abstracting, particularly for right-of-way projects
• Working knowledge of public infrastructure or transportation projects preferred
• Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional title research systems
• State-specific title or right-of-way certifications preferred, where applicable
