Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Analyst I/II/III/IV.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret title abstracts and related documents for clarity and compliance with company policies
• Communicate ownership and curative analyses to internal customers while maintaining confidentiality
• Perform well clearing, payment clearing, and other title-related reviews under supervision

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in reviewing title or drafting title opinions
• Juris Doctorate preferred
• High proficiency with MS Office applications
• Familiarity with oil and gas title review and analysis
