Title Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Analyst I/II/III/IV.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret title abstracts and related documents to synthesize findings and curative actions
• Communicate ownership and curative analyses clearly to various internal customers
• Utilize company systems to manage and track information while resolving title-related issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in reviewing title or drafting title opinions
• High proficiency with all MS Office applications
• Familiarity with oil and gas title review and analysis
• Strong organizational skills
