Title Analyst

Job Summary

Performing thorough examinations of land records, the full-time Title Analyst will ensure the accuracy and integrity of title products while collaborating with stakeholders to resolve title issues in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed examinations of land and assessment records to identify title deficiencies
• Prepare documents and input data while actively communicating with closers and clients to address outstanding title items
• Assist in the issuance of title commitments that meet marketability standards

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of experience in title research, title examination, or a related field
• Ability to interpret title commitments across various jurisdictions
• Knowledge of the title curative process for resolving outstanding title issues
• Familiarity with title documents, including deeds, mortgages, and liens
