Title Analyst

Job Summary

To support efficient title analysis, the remote Title Analyst I/II/III/IV will review and interpret title abstracts and related documents, synthesize findings, and communicate ownership analyses while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Communicates ownership and curative analyses clearly to various internal customers
• Utilizes company tools to conduct timely analyses that align with organizational goals
• Completes well clearing reviews, bonus payment reviews, and due diligence tasks under supervision

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in reviewing title or drafting title opinions
• High proficiency in MS Office applications
• Familiarity with oil and gas title review and analysis
• Excellent organizational skills
