Title Analyst III

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Title Svs III.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve escalated and complex Title files with the assistance of Legal Counsel
• Manage the Title Curative email inbox and assign files to other Analysts as necessary
• Prepare monthly status reports for management and assist with training of new staff

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or relevant certification preferred
• Five to seven years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Extensive knowledge of legal terminology related to title insurance and property law
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents and policies
