A company is looking for a Title and Closing Specialist - Originations Title and Close.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Work in Progress reporting to ensure completion of assigned duties
• Process title and closing orders in accordance with client requirements
• Engage borrowers and agents to confirm closing details and address inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Practical work experience within the real estate industry, particularly in title and closing processes
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and mortgage software platforms
• Detail-oriented with a proven track record of quality
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
